Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

AKASHIC RECORDS READINGS & SPIRITUAL SERVICES POLICY
All Akashic Records readings, consultations, healing sessions, and spiritual services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of these services and the time reserved exclusively for each client, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has been purchased or booked.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.
One (1) reschedule is permitted per purchased session.
Any rescheduled appointment must be scheduled and completed within three (3) months of the original appointment date. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be denied at the practitioner's discretion.
If a client misses an appointment, arrives excessively late, or fails to attend the session without proper notice, the session will be considered forfeited. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
Once a session has been rescheduled, no additional reschedules, cancellations, credits, or transfers will be permitted.
The practitioner reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
By purchasing and scheduling a session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Akashic Records Insights via Voxer
There is no live meeting for this service. Instead, you will receive your personalized Akashic Records message through the Voxer app.
You must have Voxer installed on your phone or computer.
You have four (4) weeks from the date of purchase to submit your full name, photo, and question via Voxer. If your question is not submitted within that time, the session will be considered forfeited.
Your personalized Akashic Insight will be delivered within 72 hours of receiving your full name, photo, and question via Voxer.
Digital Courses
Refunds for the courses and workshops are handled directly by the platform where the purchase is made. Each platform has its own refund policy:
Udemy: 30-day refund policy (as per Udemy’s terms)
Hotmart: 7-day refund policy (as per Hotmart’s terms)
Any refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform where the course was purchased and are subject to their terms and approval.
Vita Radiante does not override, modify, or manage third-party platform refund decisions.
Policy Integrity
These policies are designed to ensure fairness, respect for time, and the integrity of the services provided.
By booking a session or purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Abuse of Services
Vita Radiante reserves the right to refuse service, deny future bookings, or restrict access to services or content in cases of misuse, repeated cancellations outside policy, inappropriate behavior, or attempts to bypass established terms.
All clients are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith.
