Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Akashic Records Readings & Spiritual Sessions
All Akashic Records readings, consultations, and spiritual services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this work and the time reserved specifically for each client, no refunds will be issued once a booking is made.
However, clients may reschedule their session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
This policy applies to all clients equally, with no exceptions.
Digital Courses
Refunds for the courses and workshops are handled directly by the platform where the purchase is made. Each platform has its own refund policy:
Udemy: 30-day refund policy (as per Udemy’s terms)
Hotmart: 7-day refund policy (as per Hotmart’s terms)
Any refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform where the course was purchased and are subject to their terms and approval.
Vita Radiante does not override, modify, or manage third-party platform refund decisions.
Policy Integrity
These policies are designed to ensure fairness, respect for time, and the integrity of the services provided.
By booking a session or purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Abuse of Services
Vita Radiante reserves the right to refuse service, deny future bookings, or restrict access to services or content in cases of misuse, repeated cancellations outside policy, inappropriate behavior, or attempts to bypass established terms.
All clients are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith.
